It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that we will not have Stampede this year. As you are well aware, COVID has stolen many of our freedoms and the decision to put on Stampede was never really ours to make. Our committee deliberated long and hard and finally conceded to the fact that it can’t happen for 2020. Our hearts ache for all of the people in the rodeo and entertainment industries that are suffering the loss of business. We are also heartbroken in regard to the negative effect on our community.
We understand that we are resilient Americans, this will pass and better times will come. We will continue to work hard for our community and start planning Stampede 2021. We appreciate all of the years of support everyone has given our great event and we look forward to the years to come.
